There is quite simply too much variability with either of those picks for us, or another team, to pull the trigger.  There is generally a big difference between 1 and 4 and we have about an equal shot at landing any of those picks. 

And if we did happen to land at #1, I'm thinking DA will most definitely want to use it.

I 100% agree. There is too much difference between the #1 and the #4, so a GM would have to be psychic to know what it's worth.
