Yeah, yeah, it's likely Butler and Cousins are both untouchable for the next 12 months, but I definitely think there will be rumors linking Boston to these two as trade targets (because obviously Boston is linked to every "available" star out there). I've seen so many ideas posted around this blog/forum recently, so I decided to make one here.

And by "Win Now", I don't necesarilly mean it has to be this season, but maybe starting our run at contention starting next season with the proposed roster (shown below).

______________________________________________________________________

TRADE 1 (BOS-CHI):

Jonas Jerebko, Avery Bradley, Tyler Zeller, 2018 Nets Pick and ONE of 2019 Clippers/Grizzlies First Rounder

FOR

Jimmy Butler

TRADE 2 (BOS-SAC):

Amir Johnson, Terry Rozier, Rights to Yabusele, 2017 Brooklyn Pick, 2018 Boston First Rounder and ONE of 2019 Clippers/Grizzlies First Rounder

FOR

DeMarcus Cousins

______________________________________________________________________

ROSTER:

PG: Isaiah Thomas/Marcus Smart/Demetrius Jackson

SG: Jimmy Butler/*Playmaker TBA*

SF: Jae Crowder/Jaylen Brown

PF: Al Horford/(Olynyk OR Jerebko)/Jordan Mickey

C: DeMarcus Cousins/Ante Zizic/Jordan Mickey

That would be a pretty good team, don't you think? Probably need a backup 2 still.

Again, this is just for fun, and it did work in the ESPN Trade Machine lol.

What do you guys think of these trade ideas?
