basically trade away our 2 low cost defensive studs and picks for Boogie AND Melo.

http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=gt5lpwn
* Trade will not work as 2 separate trades??? maybe switch where AJ and Zeller go

Knicks trade Melo
Knick Get: Bradley/Zeller (i dont think a pick is needed here)

Kings trade Boogie
Kings get: AJ, Crowder, KO, and honestly any picks it takes(try to hang on to one 1st rounder this year and 1 bkn pick.....bc its fun having that watch thread).

Boston Roster:
IT4/Rozier
Smart/Brown
Melo/GG
Horford/JJ
Cousins/Mickey

* then for the icing sign Sanders, Nader, and the deli guy to round out the roster

Fantasy Trade at its finest....but would you do it???

I've sort of given up on the idea of acquiring Boogie, even though he fills EXACTLY the holes in this team -- Rebounding, clog the paint and another go-to scorer. I just think the intangibles are a knockout factor for DA.

Not interested in Melo, ever.

I believe that the boat has sailed on any Cousins trade.

I don't know. If Sacramento is actually talking to Phoenix then obviously we would be the better trade partner with more and better assets  and not in same conference.

Maybe Sacramento is starting to realize they need to go in a different direction. If there is any chance of getting Boogie we need to pursue it.

I do think there is an opportunity to trade for 2 big name players here.

You have a list of guys who'd require the Brooklyn '17 pick (Cousins, Butler, and pipe dreams like Anthony Davis, Paul George).

And then you have a list of guys who wouldn't (Anthony, Vucevic, etc.)

Now I have my doubts even one of these trades will happen for the C's, but it's definitely fun to think about all the possibilities that are out there while still retaining most of the C's core.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class
