Forum saying I'm banned, but only on my phone

Since last night, every time I've tried to view the forum from my phone it says:

This ban is not set to expire

Any idea what this is about? I don't think I'm actually banned considering I'm posting from the desktop. Also I don't think I've even brought up tanking in like 3 years haha. The weird thing is when I switch to incognito mode on my phone, it gives me the same message as above except it replaces my name with Guest.

People have this issue occasionally, it's apparently tied to your IP.  Here is another recent thread about it
