I would not do this deal, Noel is fragile and brittle, and I think Rozier may have the better career when all is said and done.

I agree. We are just starting to see Roz's potential. With IT out of the lineup he was a 12 point scorer. I think with more reps and an expanded role he could be a 20 point scorer in the future. He's a tough guy for defenders to keep infront of and he has gone through stretches showing some pretty good shooting for his first year.
