This means okafor or noel or both are goners now

I think the celts can trade rozier, young or hunter plus a future 1st  for either

In what world is that remotely enticing for the 76ers?

Yeesh.

Whos the odd man out?
I'm guessing this is the order in which Philly values their bigs:
1. Ben Simmons
2. Joel Embiid
3. Dario Saric
4. Nerlens Noel
5. Jahlil Okafor
Id put it at
1. Simmons

2. Embiid
3. Okafor
4. Noel
5. Saric

1. Embiid
2. Simmons

3. Noel
4. Okafor

5. Saric

Too early to say IMO.

I'm also doubtful of placing Embiid above Simmons and Saric last.

This may sounds strange, but I think Embiid is odd man out if he shows any signs of not being fully healed.  We may not know until training camp as they are keeping him out of SL.  Now that they have a potential superstar, it's time for Philly to decide on this guy.

76ers need a PG. Rozier has been playing really well on SL. Simmons will be the point forward on the team. Rozier can play good D and hit the outside shot well. He would work well with who they have.

They couldn't get a top 5 pick for either big, and Wyc has said prices have gone down. And Philly needs to move one or two of their bigs by training camp to make room for Saric.

So now they will take pennies on the dollar for them.

Looks like he officially signed:  http://www.libertyballers.com/2016/7/15/12203550/the-plane-has-landed-sixers-officially-sign-dario-saric

Maybe it will encourage them to trade one of the bigs, but they can probably have patience and see how things transpire as the season progresses.   Ben Simmons bought them time.

If by "bought them time" you mean exacerbated an already big problem they had, then yeah. There's already been whispers that Saric doesn't want to come off the bench, and adding him, Embiid, and Simmons to an already crowded fronctourt will only make things worse. There's absolutely no way they can go into the season with Embiid, Noel, and Okafor still on the roster, unless they want to hurt their trade value even more.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

By "bought them time", I mean that Philly ticket buyers will be excited to watch their young phenom prospect develop and the fans will be willing to wait a few years.  I can't imagine any of those fans are desperate to see them win immediately.  They'll probably be content to watch you young guys improve.  Thus, it bought them time.  There's no urgency to trade anyone for a while.

Unless they want to take even higher discounts on their trade return for Okafor, Embiid, and/or Noel, then, yes, they do have an urgency to trade them. We've already seen how much their trade value has diminished in just one year. Imagine how much worse it will be adding three more front court players to the rotation. It has nothing to do with the fans, but it has everything to do with the rapidly decreasing trade value that their tradable bigs already have.

They have 2 PGs who have accomplished way more than Rozier, good for Wyc he has no idea what he's talking about (see: fireworks), Rozier can hit the outside shot??? And lastly, Philly may have a log jam, but so does Boston. Ainge has no leverage here either.
