Clearly some people are going to bash brown but if you know what to look for, you see the skill.  And I mean skill, not potential.  This kid can help this team right now.  He is going to be a load getting to the rim and as soon as he gets to play with with an actual PG that knows where to get him the ball, he'll look much better.  That curl to the basketball will be tough to stop.

Agreed. Even if his shooting turns out as horrid as smart's , this dude is very explosive and he looks to ME like his handle is good enough. Hope so.( Summer league)

Nah, won't teams just sag off of him and dare him to shoot?

I didn't watch the game and was initially impressed by that number.

Then I looked at all the FT and fouls in the game. Looked like the defense must have been horrible. It will be a lot different with NBA players playing defense.

It was very encouraging. I haven't seen a Celtic take it the whole that often since PP was young.

This number jumped out from the box score. Getting to the free throw line is a big issue for us. It'll benefit everyone if he can translate that into the regular season

The 6'ers realized Jaylen was burning them to the hole so they just kept fouling him non stop, like literally holding his arms since they knew they wouldn't foul out. He was blowing by players left and right.

Brown and Rozier could get around anybody they wanted to. Both solid prospects that could turn into gold
