ESPN sources say that the Mavericks intend to sign Warriors restricted free agent Harrison Barnes to a four-year max offer sheet on July 7

July 7 because it's the 1st day out of Moratorium, and of course what happens on this is highly dependent on what happens with Durant.

Kinda sad we won't see Barnes with Philly though.
