You mean the same Okafor who can't play defense and Philadelphia was desperate trying to dump but they couldn't even get a top 5 pick for him?  That Okafor?

Or we could have traded the pick for Okafor.......you know a legit cornerstone prospect that is very undervalued? He also plays the position we happen to suck at and he ripped us a new one in his first game right after 1 and done year of college....

Don't get me wrong I like brown but Okafor is a beast in the post and way bigger than people think. He will be a very good defender w/o having to jump through the roof and his jumper and left hand will make him a PTP.

Maybe we can trade Marcus Smart and something else to get Okafor.....people on CB are very high on Smart

A decade or so ago, I would have agreed. With you. Now? Not so much. Okafur can't play in CBS and nba systems. He is trapped under the basket offensively, can't defend the pick and roll, and is not. A strong defender under the basket either.

The game has changed, unfortunately for him.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Very well said. That is also why Al Jefferson, who many consider Okafor's ceiling, just signed a deal for 10 million a year when other players like Bazemore and Mozgov are getting more than that, and star players are getting insane money.

Stevens would adjust, and the game will revert again. Still not shot in the fanny with Brown. We need scorers, and he can't shoot, along with his other flaws.

If we are getting gamed by Horford, this could be an extremely bleak off-season.

Good...players that can't shoot don't belong on any top rookie list. Hield is there because he can shoot but that doesn't appeal to Delusional Danny.

I'm just not so sure I see Jaylen as getting the playing time needed to be in the top 10 rookies making the all rookie team. But I agree I also don't see some of those other rookies getting it either. The list had a bunch of rookie back ups on it. It may be an interesting year for rookies

He's not even on the top 10 list. I wish he is reading this and prove them wrong.

Outside of Bender, what's your problem with that list?

The guy have the nerve to put Valentine, Poelt and Taurean Prince who are projected to be role players ahead of Brown.

All of the players were drafted in the top half of the first round, so we're not talking about being slotted behind 2nd round players or anything here, and Brown's not projecting to be a starter, either, so I don't get your derision towards being a so-called 'role player'.

Prince and Valentine are 4 year College guys who are likely more NBA ready than Brown, in terms of what they've seen and can handle.

Poetl showed a nice jump in his game from his freshman to sophomore seasons, and is a big man in a conference bereft of them.

There's no disrespect there.

Even if there is no disrespect there, I would take this article and post it inside his locker.
