Why Have All These Picks?

I am a homer, and I like Jaylen Brown, but why bother having all these picks. They are not that valuable.  With the cap going up, teams aren't desperate anymore. No need to get rid of big contract for a draft pic because they don't have to. It seems draft and stash is more valuable than a first round pick.

We only had 4 players other teams wanted Smart, AB, IT and Crowder, as Jaylen said on the ESPN picks do not play and they are not valuable as some thought.

I think Brown will be ok.  I liked Zizic better than Bender and be honest the tape of him looked better.

Well it takes Ainge about 30 picks to hit an all star.....
