word was he was looking for a career in management after his playing days, but the way he is killing it as an analyst, and his commanding presence before the camera, he may have to go into broadcasting.

I agree that he's pretty good as an analyst. He was pretty shy and not as good in the first game he did, but he's been a lot better ever since.

I'd love to have Pierce with us in the organization in any capacity. It'd just be awesome him visiting practices once in awhile at least like Hondo.

Stick with Scal. Pierce isn't there yet. Still pretty rough during finals coverage. Doesn't seem ready for color commentary.
