Would you package Rozer, 16 and 23 for.... Bruno Caboclo and 27?

He's still one of the youngest players in the league and could be argued has been as equally disappointing as James Young. Heck, their numbers are even similar.

However, there is value in trading for him considering that he's just a bigger person and better athlete than James. Rather than drafting a younger forward project, why not just trade for a 20 year old with a gazelle stride and a 7'7 wingspan?

Sure he could be a bust, but is really that much risk?

Also, depending on Derozan's FA decision, it could be time for Toronto to hit the reset button and enter the "asset gathering" phase. Considering that Kyle Lowry is no spring chicken himself, could Toronto enter a tanking rebuild?

I wouldn't trade Rozier straight up for Caboclo let alone adding in 16 + 23.

Also sorry to let you down but Toronto is not resetting their roster and tanking next year.

Well, James isn't 6'9 with a giant wingspan. At the very least, Bruno could challenge someone at the rim.

It sounds like Cabolclo could be pretty good. He's a very good defender with unbelievable length + good mobility. He can hit the NBA 3, and he was really efficient when he got into the paint in the D-League last year (71%). I might do this depending on who is available at #16.
