phoenix has been rebuilding since the steve nash trade after the 2011-12 season (and will keep doing so for the foreseeable future)
since then, there has been no reason to believe that any major stars want to play in phoenix being that howard, lebron, bosh, melo, leonard, and aldridge each turned them down during their respective free agency periods
therefore, I believe ainge should just "raid the piggy bank" again like he did with isaiah thomas by doing the following:
1. trade james young + jonas jerebko + #3 pick + '16/'17 second rounders for devin booker + alex len
2. trade amir johnson + marcus smart and our first round picks (2016: remaining 3 first-round picks + 2017: 1 first-round pick + 2018: 2 first-round picks + 2019: 2 first-round picks) for anthony davis, kevin durant, blake griffin, paul george, or kristaps porzingis
3. let tyler zeller, jared sullinger & evan turner walk
end result, we get the shooter, rim protector, and star we want for our next championship window
