Obviously the Heat can still have a very successful season including making the ECF. However, that being said they are currently in a very close series with Charlotte. If they lose this series what happens to their team? It seems like the future for Bosh is questionable at best.

Wade is going to continue to slow down. They have to pay Max money if they want to keep Whiteside (and my understanding is it will take some cap maneuvering to do that. They also have Deng as a free agent and Dragic never has quite fit in next to wade. What do they do?

I'm not sure what they'll do this summer, but it does suck that they might end up losing this series when they were more than likely the biggest threat to the Cavs in the East, probably above us and Toronto, too.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

C's beat Miami and end up in the worst possible spot at 5. Would have been nice playing Miami right now. C's shooting woes wouldn't hurt so bad. Such is life tho lol

As long as Riley is there they won't blow it up. If he goes based on an uncertain future then all bets are off.

Yeah Riley doesn't have the patience for a complete rebuild. He's still eyeing guys like Durant to keep that contender status hope alive.

They might not have a choice as they only have 4 players under contract (with 2 more non-guaranteed) and one of those players is Bosh who might have to retire because of the health issues.  That would leave just Dragic, Winslow, and McRoberts under contract.  You would think Wade would want to come back, but maybe he wants to go after another ring and signs in Cleveland with Lebron or goes "home" to Chicago.  I'm sure they would love to re-sign Whiteside, but they may have cap space issues with that (since they don't have Bird rights).  Joe Johnson and Luol Deng are the more interesting ones.  Not sure what they would do there.  I'm sure they bring Haslem back as long as he wants to come back as they love him there and he is a great lockerroom guy (plus he won't cost much at this point - may even be vet minimum type guy).
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner
