has quietly, played really well lately, rebounding and being active on defence-i think he will play a more important part in these playoffs than people think
-he doesn't throw the ball away, hits his threes given time and attacks both boards
jerebkos versatility and ability to switch will be needed against atlantas slkilled offence
i think he matches up well with what we need to do
turner will be critical to celts success and kelly doesn't have to face any beast shot blockers, so hopefully he can get to hoop and finish for a change instead of travel or dish it off-
our bench even with shortened rotations is still a plus for celts but
rozier gets hung up on screens and could be exploited

He's been underrated for sure. He had a horrible first few weeks of the season shooting the ball, but since then he's been your prototypical new-age NBA role player: Can switch onto whoever on defense in the pick-and-roll, long arms, shoots the three, plays multiple positions, etc. Good player.

I like Jerebko but he expandable, it may be better to give his spot to a rookie, who can give us similar contribution to Jerebko's BUT has a potential to become better.

jerebko shoots the three at 40% and spreads the floor with kelly allowing turner alot of space, the 2nd thing he does well is lateral movement, allowing him to switch-he has a great motor and keeps alot of offensive  rebounds alive--remember he is 6-10-there is no rookie that can do what he does
these are the playoffs

He is a very good value for his contract, actually. I don't see us giving him up or cutting him, but could see adding him to a trade if the other team wants him.  I have come to really appreciate his value. Went from one of our worst to one of our best 3 point shooters during the season. has been on fire pretty much the entire second half of season. Would be curious to see what his 3 point shooting has been since he got out of that horrific slump. I would bet one of the tops in NBA.

Very good role player.  Can defend both forward spots, solid rebounder, good shooter from deep.  Doesn't turn the ball over much.

My only real gripe with his game is that sometimes he tries to do things off the bounce that he really isn't capable of doing.  Otherwise, he's almost exactly what you'd want out of a low-usage stretch four.  A valuable player.

this is going to have to be a team collective effort-atlanta is beatable
horford is skilled but is not physicaly overpowering, our guards can handle atlanta's and korver isn't overpowering
-millsap is going to cause trouble but IF THIS GAME GETS GRITTY IT FAVORS US--
there is nobody in the league ,thats nobody that has the lower body mass of sully that is necessary to move him-marcus is tysonesque, just a powerfull force
my concern is isaiah's wrist and putting  the right amount of spin on his layups
then again when everyone plays to their ability, there has been serious magic
turner could be the wildcard as he can get CRAZY GOOD
marcus gets his second year of playoffs and so do we fans
along with 3rd seed in lottery
  and  third seed in lottery

I loved him last time you started a Pro Jonas thread.  Still love him.

TP for your persistence on pushing for Jerebko appreciation.
