Also of note, he has been knocking down his free throws lately.  He is 22 of his last 23 at the line after struggling early on in the season.  43 of his last 53.  His rookie season he had a streak in the low 20s of consecutive free throws.  A 7ft guy who can convert on the free throw line is gold.

I only saw the first half but he played like he thought he was a star and I absolutely loved it. Keep it up Kelly!

Good to see him playing aggressive and confident.
It's been his MO to come back from injury tentatively.

I remember one game where Tom Heinsohn mentioned that Kelly had good FT shooting mechanics, but he is rushing it at the line (along with a few other players I believe). Ever since then, his FT has been steadier. Maybe he heard about this.

Perhaps, though he looks to be shooting them within the same time frame and I haven't noticed a change in his routine.  I think it is just confidence.  KO seems a bit mentally fragile.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
He is improving on D aswell.
We just need him to take it to the hole a bit more.

Great game mr lady hair.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

A 7' player who can handle the ball, pass and hit 3's
X factor!
Going to need him playing at full speed for playoffs.
