Would that make for a more fun basketball game to watch. I like watching good post play but would that make it to easy to score for bigs.

What else would change about the game, just pretend for a minute like it did happen hire does the Gabe change.

I think it would help a lot for scoring but it makes no sense to not be able to double if doubles are allowed else where. Also what happens in a switch? What happens when a guy cuts through and his defender gets close to the post player? Do like the outside the box thinking though. I got four outside the box thoughts too.

1. I'd move the 3 to FIBA/International line. So yeah its closer but makes scoring higher and more fun. It also gets guys more accustomed to playing global games.

2.Put in a 4 pt shot from outside 28' which is nuts and makes any lead catchable. Reward incredible shots I say.

3. Being fouled and making a dunk means you still get 2 free throws. Making poster type dunks possible 4 point plays. This would motivate guys to attack the rim hard and challenge defenders. Defenders would really have to think about the block attempt or even fouling hard.

4. Players can't foul out but after 6 fouls for a player to still play team would have to have only 4 players allowed on the court at the same time while he is in. Similar to hockey power/penalty play 4 vs 5. Imagine setting up a time out to win the game bring in a guy that was fouled out for that last offensive play. Would be pretty nuts.

make more off ball fouls Flagrants that result in ejections, restore hand checking somewhat.
