Anyone heard anything about Jonathan Holmes?

As many folks know, I loved Holmes in Summer League. Something about him screams a modern Adrian Griffin... right place, right time on the floor type player who can defend and shoot. A guy who improves his team while on the court.... a better version of Jerebko.

When Lee is traded to Portland week after next, I'd like to see the Cs bring him in on a cheap ROY deal with a non-guaranteed option for 2016-17. That said, since he hurt his shoulder and was cut by the Lakers, I've not heard at all about him. And neither google nor his twitter account reveal much.

Has anyone heard or seen an update on Johnny Wadd?

Tore a ligament on his shoulder while on the Lakers, and was cut.

I liked him too but I find myself liking pretty much anyone who plays for the Celts, I know I do that but I can't help it. It's always hard to say goodbye especially if the player performs well in their time here.



I hope someone finds info soon, I would like to know also.

During summer league I thought he outplayed all the rookies that made the team....lucky they had guaranteed contracts. That's not saying much as nobody really stood out. I too liked him a lot and was hoping he would catch on. In hindsight signing Jordan was the better decision. 

No chance he'll be back. We have too many players at that position now.

From what it says on this website the Lakers are on the hook for paying him the entire season because the injury occurred while he was on the Lakers' roster.
