This team just struggles to score with IT out. The fact is it doesn't really matter when he sits and when he plays, but in the NBA, you start your best player. No reason to make IT unhappy by benching him when he's playing so well as a starter.

If you really need to start Smart, play a 3 guard set with Crowder at the 4.

This notion rivals the Mickey propaganda for worst material on the board.

I think we should start smart next to thomas and bring bradley off the bench.
That way we add size and bulk to the starting lineup and scoring potential to the bench.

If I wanted to start Smart, I would have Bradley off the bench.

But I'm ok with Smart off the bench for the time being.

  • That's turrible
I really enjoyed the Smart/IT starting backcourt. Smart doesn't have his shot yet, but his presence on the court is just too important. IT can handle the scoring. AB off the bench for that string of games a while back was great. The lineups for both the starters and bench looked more balanced. AB would be cool with it too. He's a good team player and would make the most of it.

AB has just played too well for too long not to start.
