Where do I sign up

Utah has to slip down some and C's may have to also include it's own or Dallas pick. I think it's worth it for Jazz to build around Exum, Gobert, Simmons (via Nets pick) and another top 10 player by they themselves tanking. This again is if they are going to miss playoffs. C's could use the added scoring and all around better play.
