Sully has the ceiling of being like Wes Unseld.   Unseld listed as 6-7, 245.  He peaked at 16 points per game in his second year and then drifted back to about 10 per game, career 500 shooter, career 14 rebounds per game.  Unseld had greatness not evident in the stats that Sully can aspire to:  Outlet passing to increase pace, really unmovable on defense, high intensity and high character. 
Sully has good competitive spirit already and is good at rebounding.
