keep one:  Smart
KEEP TWO:  SMART AND BRADLEY
keep three:  Smart, Bradley and IT
keep four:  Smart, Bradley, IT and Crowder
keep five:  Smart, Bradley, IT, Crowder and Sully (not a bad starting lineup aside from being small)
keep six:  Smart, Bradley, IT, Crowder, Sully and Mickey
keep seven: ...................................................Mickey and Hunter
keep eight:  ....................................................................Hunter and Rozier
keep nine:  ......................................................................................Rozier and KO

This is without considering trade value of guys...just pure cuts like another poster stated.
TP for a nice added format. I'll play along. Also not going off value like you put at end.

keep one:  Smart because he is special on D and grit
TWO:  AB because best two way player on team.
three:  IT because elite six man.
four:  RJ because would be great to develop a shooter.
five: Mickey because think he has best bigman upside on team.
Six: Crowder because he is another great six man.
Seven: KO very skilled wish he stayed aggressive.
Eight:  Rozier looks like he might be good.
Nine: Young because we really need to develop some shooters.

I have no faith in Sully long term so he missed the cut even though he plays well in stretches.

Smart, and then either Bradley or Thomas.  I see them as about equal, so trade the guy you get offered more for.

Smart is the obvious #1 choice. Bradley is my #2.

Although honestly, I was tempted to say Crowder as #2. Crowder has good size for his position, plays physical, plays good D, has a terrific team-first attitude, and can occasionally hit an outside shot. But in the end, I opted for Bradley because he's an All-NBA Defender, can space the floor really well, and can move well off the ball. The only downside to him is that he's undersized.

I would keep the Nets 2016 pick and the Nets 2017 swap rights.

Considering play style and upside my top 2 are Rozier and Hunter.

The rest are Mickey, Young, Olynyk, Bradley, Thomas.    Won't be hard for me to see the other guys go though.

Didn't Wyc Grousbeck say on the radio that he thought Sullinger "could be our best player"?

This is a very unrealistic hypothetical but if I had to pick two players to "build around" (my interpretation of the question), I would take Smart and Sullinger.

I really like Avery Bradley but I think his skill set is easier to replicate than either Smart or Sullinger.  Same with IT.  Fine player, fun to watch, just nothing top tier.

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I'd keep Thomas (no brainer) and Bradley (vastly improved).

Smart & Mickey

Just something about Mickey that I like.  Obviously, his damage has been done at the NBDL level so everything needs to be taken with a HUGE grain of salt but he seems to have a great feel for the game and I think he's going to be a solid pro and he might actually prove to have less flaws in his game than any of the forwards that are currently on the Celtics roster.

Obviously, the Mickey pick is a gamble, though.

I would keep Smart and IT, assuming I'd still be allowed to trade IT if I wanted (he has by far the most value).

If you're asking which two players I'd like to keep for a long time as part of our core, then it's Smart and KO (with Bradley as a close 3rd).
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale
