not having seen amir johnson play in younger years  i went back and watched highlites---
in present day i thought  amir plays awkward with not much bounce and an array of shots that were effective but not fluid and off balance
of course i thought that was age and wear and ankles, much to my surprise watching a lakers game where he scored 32 points from about 3 years ago-not much difference--
 SURPRISE SURPRISE

Nice post.  I certainly wouldn't call it "smooth," but it can be very effective.

One thing that did bother me a bit in the last game was his missed alley oop attempt.  The pass looked good, and it looked like he had ample space and opportunity to time his jump right.  Honestly, it just looked like he couldn't get up high enough to finish the play.  That was a little concerning.
