New Orleans probably not interested. Maybe Davis gets sick of losing and wants out. Would you trade the farm for him.

We could add our picks to those for the next 10 of 20 seasons and they still say NO.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

It's just a hypothetical. Davis does need to leave sonner than later. They are asking too much from him, let him be the best defender in the league.

The kids great, its just too much for him. Let Stevens work with him, then sign Durant and everyone lives happily ever after. The End.

I want to say yes
Cuz Davis is clearly a franchise player
And also we don't know how bad Brooklyn is going yo be in the future
They could grab a couple of free agents later and return to the playoffs

I just would like to see a rook like Pierce grow in the Celtics club
Also generally speaking teams that draft their talent have a longer window of opportunity to win a championship

You give 'em the Brooklyn picks and the deed to TD Garden.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

In an absolute second. Obviously, even those picks plus every player on our roster wouldn't be enough to get AD but it would be pretty nice.
2025 CelticsStrong Historical Draft Orlando Magic:
PG: Chris Paul, Fred VanVleet
SG: Ray Allen, OG Anunoby, Zach Lavine
SF: Paul Pierce, Gordon Hayward
PF: Chris Bosh, Serge Ibaka, David West
C: Tim Duncan, Andrew Bogut

U could get him only in free agency... how long has it been that we actually got a good free agent?

Who voted no? I guess the question could be would you trade this years nets pick for a prime MJ, Pippen and Rodman and someone would say no.

As many have said, NO never do it. All our picks wouldn't get it done. You don't trade AD. You offer him the max every time, you find a second star and you build around them. It's just stupid and pointless to think otherwise.

I don't think any Neta pick gets you a superstar until the draft order is known. The pick really isn't that valuable until people know its top 3

Of course.

The greatest possible thing that can come from that Nets pick is to obtain a guy who is good enough to be a future franchise player.

Anthony Davis is already a franchise player.

Decision is kind of a no briner to me!

Yeah ummm if anyone says no, they clearly are an idiot ;)

No seriously though, the point of those picks is to draft the next best thing.

Don't care about Thon Maker, Ben Simmons, etc. WHOEVER is coming out isn't going to be better than AD.

AD literally is the best thing since KG/Tim Duncan... He is an athletic freak with the speed of an gazelle, and the potential to be a walking 18/10/2 blocks and 2 SPG.

So many analysts have said his potential is unlimited.

You trade the farm, and pray they say yes.
