I realize I am jumping the gun by one game for our 11-8 Celtics, but is this about what you expected?

Things you are pleased about?

Areas where improvement is possible given the current roster?

Ok, I'll take a stab at answering these questions.

Standing at 11-8, C's are on pace to win 47 games this year.  This is about what I expected (50 wins), kind of a Atlanta Hawks lite this year.  This might trend a little better as the season plays out if we can stay healthy (Marcus).  I think it is OK that we don't have a superstar - the ball flies around the perimeter and open man takes the shot.  I think we need to be very careful as to the kind of players and personalities that we add to this current group/culture.

Some quick things that I am pleased and thankful for:  AB's emergence as a consistent offensive producer, IT's assist performance, JS's consistent level of play after being an afterthought in the preseason, RJ's basketball IQ, and JM's development in Maine.

Things that could improve: DL's layup percentage, JJ's ability to get any shot to go in
