ok so I've said a few times that if we could Id trade all the nets picks and probably the rest for DMC. a lot of people said thats crazy. But what I wonder is tat because people don't like DMC or the really like the picks. So, my question is, if you could trade for anyone from the last 20 years and you had to give up all our picks (keeping one ever other year to meet league rules) who would you take?

Obviously I'm not asking who is the best player. We would all take MJ or LBJ, but what would be a fair value in your mind?

I'll start it off, would you trade them all for Zo 2 or 3 years in the NBA?

There are a whole lot of players in history that I would trade all of our picks for.  A whole lot.  As evidenced by the Charlotte trade that wasn't, the picks are not nearly as valuable as people think they are at this point.

All that said, DMC is not one of the players I would make the trade simply because he is a nut job.

There are probably 20 players in the league right now you could reasonably trade all the Brooklyn picks for.  Historically, significantly more than that.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

How much would you give up for Cousins if it guaranteed Kevin Durant would sign here this summer?

I know but a potential coach killer and an injury risk.....I know they're both amazing but that's our whole future.  It's basically what the Nets just did

except for the main difference being KD and Cousins are entering their prime whereas KG and Pierce were already past their prime.
