My guess is that this time the nets pick will give a top 3 pick.... and ours and mavs will be at the 10 to 18 range...
I have watched many videos.. brown ellenson and damian jones would be 3 great picks
Stay away from korkmaz and zhou qi plz...

Id rather the Celtic's have their own top 6 pick in the next few drafts.
But if I could Id get Ingram over Skal and Brown.

Its to early to speculate to much but I am very excited for this next draft. The best part is rooting against the nets this year and hoping for a futile struggle for the Mavs.

At a quick glance I see this draft as having a likely top 2 (Skal and Simmon) then a promising next tier of Brown, Ingram, Bender, Murray, Poeltl and Ellenson. Later in the first I really like Nigel Hayes, Demetrius Jackson, LeVert, Sabonis and Layman.

College Basketball will once again have some great Nov match-ups to watch with an eye on the draft.

Nov 17 Duke vs UK (lots of guys to watch)

Nov 17 Migh St vs Kansas

Nov 26 Cal vs SDSU (Brown vs Pope)

Nov 23 LSU vs Marquette (Simmons vs Ellenson)

Mavs

Don't forget we have a swap option with the Nets next year. So that swap loses almost all value if all we do is swap a couple of spots, or worse yet, finish with a worse record than the Nets.

Agreed, but I see almost no way that happens. The Nets are lousy and will have trouble attracting any big free agents, no matter what their cap space is. Weird owner, no future. They will stink.

For 2016, as things stand now, it looks like Ben Simmons or bust. I'll be disappointed if we don't get the #1 pick. And yes, I'm prepared for disappointment.

I wont pretend to know much about the '16 draft class but there seems to be a lot of excitement around Brown Ingram and Skal

Why are you so much higher on Simmons?

Honestly curious I havent followed these prospects all that much

As long as Brooklyn gives us a top 5 pick I will be happy. I see Simmons, Brown, Bender, Skal and Ingram on the same tier.

If the C's can win a lot of games this year, they should be able to attract free agents. Combine that with a top tier prospect and we will be in great shape.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

The guy is lightning quick with great athleticism. Can play the 3 or 4 and defend. A power forward who moves like a guard. On this board, I once asked how people judge prospects and assess "basketball intelligence." The most common answer was, "dunno, I just know it when I see it." I don't have that kind of aptitude, but man, this kid is good.

Truthfully, though, I'm just being a little cynical. From what I've seen of Brown and Ingram, I really like them, as well. Don't know as much about Skal.

As of today, the top 5 picks all have cornerstone potential, but I acknowledge draft stocks are very fluid. Simmons, Labissiere, Bender, Ingram, and Brown are all top notch prospects.
