Jimmy Butler is a good case in point here. Reportedly, his work ethic is off the charts, and he has done some damage in the league. Some analysts predict he's going to drop off a bit this year ... if he does, so be it... the point is, he made the most of his opportunity in the league. And while he may be an extreme example, the influence his work ethic has had on his development/trajectory ought to be meaningful when comparing Lee and Sully. At this point, it's an insult to Lee to suggest that Sully is on par. I've been a major advocate of Chubbs over the years... but eventually reality must set in.
