    7’ 0", 220 lbs center
    age: 23

- Sixteenth Pick: Lucas Nogueira

Strengths
- 7-footer with a long wingspan
- Athletic, runs the court well, strong in transition
- Quick reflexes should make him a strong shot blocker in time
- Offensive game has improved but still has a way to go
- Quick feet, solid footwork, good hands
- Solid rebounder who anticipates well

Weaknesses
- Needs to add weight and strength, unsure if his frame will support much added weight
- Lack of strength hurts him defensively inside
- Lacks defensive fundamentals
- Still needs to mature both mentally and physically

NBA projection
An athletic 7-footer, who can run the court very well, with untapped potential will always be selected in the first round

Key statistics
5.5 ppg, 3.4 rpg, 0.3 apg, 1.1 bpg, 12.9 mpg, .667 2PT, .667 FT

Cool statistic
Nogueira has been measured with a 7-6 wingspan.

I've seen him play literally 1-2 times in Summer League. He was drafted, then traded, by the Celtics what, 2-3 years ago? Clearly a project whose draft status likely benefited from not playing in college in the states.
Long-form is far from dead, but please refrain from paragraph-laden posts! Who wants to read that?!

Not that good imo. Slow reaction. Below avg IQ/feel for game
Not strong. Narrow shoulders.  Long and decent explosiveness for size

I'm not sure he's that great only because the players in front of him weren't exactly world beaters and he got very little play time. When you can't make a dent in the pt of Patrick Patterson and Tyler Hansbrough I'm not very optimistic about that guy

You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.
