If we were going to cut or just plain get rid of ET we should have done it last year. Instead we held onto role players that got us to the playoffs and missed out on players in the draft like: Myles Turner and Justise Winslow.

But I also agree with DOS, as long as ET is starting or playing heavy minutes we will be in purgatory.

Yup ignore Smart, Olynyk and Crowder and focus on Turner.

I would rather bite the bullet and see how Jae Crowder does next year. Here's hoping he can develop a legitimate 3 pt shot?

He'll get his chance I'm sure.

I would rather win/lose on the backs of Smart and our other young players vs. win/lose on the back of ET.

The young players will get their opportunities.

One thing no one should be able to argue, turner has the best mid range offense on the team.  He might have flaws but I think we'll see improvements in his game again this year. Defensively he really put work/effort in last year.
