This is super minor, but notice Bradley pays homage to Rondo and KG by saying "I learned a lot from [Rajon] Rondo, KG [Kevin Garnett], and those guys. I learned to be a professional on and off the court." First, if you're learning how to be a professional by following Rondo's lead, I'm afraid you're probably learning the wrong lessons. But where's the love for Pierce--you know, the guy who actually served as captain during the Big Three era? I suppose he's implicitly referenced when Bradley says "those guys" but...
With all due respect to bradley, smart is the man who should be captain.Sure avery learned from kg etc and that's what made him who is is today. However, Smart is who he is on his own. That's what being a leader is all about.
