Didn't see the last game against atl in the regular season, did Crowder guard Millsap at all? I think he has the best chance to stick with him because of length and strength. Johnson should be able to stay in front of Bazemore and bother him with his length .

Thoughts?

Last regular season game against the Hawks pretty sure Sullinger only played 11 minutes. We ran a small lineup with smart and Turner both taking bazemore.  Crowder was on Milsap and that was right after he got back from injury if memory serves. Anyway we lost and pretty sure Amire had Horford for whatever reason Sully didn't.  I'm gonna research the game a little more to make sure but I think that is right.

If he locks down yes but Millsap is crafty. If Jae isn't focused and in position every possession Millsap will make team pay and start abusing the team on late rotations/help. Team has to remember team defense and communication. To stay with guys 48 mins.

Stevens had Crowder on Horford in the second half at one point last game.

He looked over powered at times but he fought hard. That's what he does. He's a tenacious defender. If he has to guard Milsap, he will be up for that battle also.

My worry is Crowder's shot. It's been off.

If Crowder's lateral mobility is compromised, it's disaster. I assume it is, based on the matchups in the last game.

coachboo-wouldn't you like that
,just like smart is another bust to add to ainges pile-you wanted randle, no comparison to smart playing crap d and opposing teams  not putting out effort on defence-just feasting on LA
-we have witnessed some of the best comebacks inspired by defence, beaten warriors at home and brought them to double overtime-came back from 26 down, stole 4 passes in a row to comeback, stole the ball on a foul shot -quess who was on the court
-smart has been an important part of those comebacks and wins
-take your negitivity to the nearest bar and start bad mouthing the celts, ainge and smart
watch out if there is a fan about

Yeah rollie!! You tell him!
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

I want to see Brad throwing multiple different looks at him - Amir, JJ, Crowder, Smart. That's four different looks that will keep Milsap guessing on how to score.
