For those upset that James Young wasn't in Waltham working out this summer... I still have high hopes for this kid!

he'll fill out.  lets not forget, the kid is still very young (pardon the pun).

I guess at 23-24 his weight should be about 235 lbs so that he will be able to defend 3s more effectively.

right, and based on what i see, he's still only 19, he won't turn 20 until august.  he needs about 20 pounds based on his listed weight of 215.

That's too easy, Young steal Sully's food for the entire summer.

Very young. Even after this year's draft he'll still be one of the 15 or so youngest players in the league, because most players in this draft are older now than Young is now, and he was the absolute youngest player in the league last season.

  • A true Celtic plays with heart.
Just want to say I'm happy for Young, and knew he is a hard worker. I don't like how people act as if his emotions on court make him seem passive. Some people get in the moment, and some doesn't.

Hopefully Young fills out, although I still see him as a swing man. I think hes best off as a SG, but hey, that's just me.

Oh wait, I thought you meant Sully would be stealing Young's food for the entire summer.

My bad.  :D
