BOS has 7th best front office overall - 2015 ESPN Survey

ESPN's panel of 200 "experts" just listed BOS as having the 7th best front office overall and the best among teams with losing records, especially among those who have been rebuilding.  Sixers are ranked 20th which is an affront to our resident Liberty Ballers and the Lakers, Nets and Knicks are 28th - 30th, which speaks to the recent thread on the prospects of storied franchises.  Doc's Clippers came in 17th.  Danny was ranked 9th among GMs, but again the highest among teams with a losing record.

Correction, the Heat are ranked 3rd and have a losing record.
