has nice little shot, and turner has got to get his bounce passes higher.  zeller can shoot from top of key, if they back off don't think just put it up-

We're starting to see him pop, instead of rolling to the basket. He does have a nice shot, it would be nice to see him use it more often. With an eye towards him playing backup power forward, along with back up center.

I'd like to see Zeller shoot that 15-16 foot shot now and then.

Not too often but if one in five of his shot attempts were jump-shots outside 10 feet, I'd be happy. I don't think Zeller is a good enough shooter to be a prolific jump-shooter but he is decent enough that he is doing himself and his team a disservice by not taking any jump shots at all.

he still seems like he has to loosen up,possibly a guy like him after the moving around  has to be given the big green light  to miss,he also still seems mechanical getting to spots-i have been watching him and kelly  quite a bit and with all the ball movement these days-playing center on d  you have to be constantly aware while s big is banging or if he's up top for cutters and not allowing him to shoot in his range--now take away a stable rotation and add two
new starters to rotation-takes time.I thought it was easy being a seven foot center-no way if your a young zeller against some of todays bigs.

I think Zeller has realized like Brandon Wright has realized ... if he only takes layups and shots around the basket and posts a higher FG%, he'll get paid more in free agency.

Even if it means he doesn't effect games and help his team as much as he possibly can.

Putting himself above the team for good of his bank account.

i dismiss your slanderous allegations of zeller  as unfounded and injurious,When he came up he was frozen and until rondo put the ball right where he was best-then it was great hands soft touch. When he made that lazy cross court pass that got intercepted he felt humiliated didn't you see it and those two low bounce passes of turners were in traffic underneath the basket--and the atlanta guards were very quick with there hands on high post hand offs---man ,what is wrong with you

I'd also like to see Zeller take that outside shot more.

I'd also like to see him become a lot more aggressive on the glass and on defense.

  • Peace it's a board. We all will never agree.

Zaller needs to do all he can to prove himself in Stevens system. I think we are giving him that opportunity by trading Wright away. But Wright may have been trading knowing he would not sign here too. I like Zellers touch and he can run well too. Hopefully he will continue to improve and put on some weight too.

Was at the game against the Bulls and was kind of confused when Zeller came out and sat for over 14 mins. Dude was having a nice game and then got benched for 14 minutes.

Zeller should be shooting threes.

Wake up, Brad.
