There will be no shortage of opportunities over the next 3-4 years. Which ones end up happening who knows? But the team will have the assets to trade or develop and money to spend.

I certainly expect offers to be made to some guys like Leonard and Drummond (if not them specifically).

Plus, isn't the rookie scale staying relatively the same while the cap rises? If we end up keeping all these first round picks, they are on super cheap deals which won't cut into any free agent money. If they are dealt they should hold high value for the same reason.

I also think the quality of second round players will increase for a few years since some teams will gamble even more than they do currently on projects and players based on potential with their first round picks. They won't be as averse to picking a bust because the salary is so low and the lower ceiling players can more easily be replaced via free agency. So I think the value of those 2nd rounders will increase too.

Of course this will level off at some point as everything adjusts. But there will be a window of great opportunity.
