A formidable duo on defense .Nobody will enjoy setting screens against these two.I question whether the transition from middle linebacker mentality to point guard is feasible.The quick thinking and creativity for offense just doesn't seem to translate from that style of defense. Crowder should benefit from boston with the ability to shoot more than in dallas.Turner has much more ability to be creative and reactive at point because of his experience in philly he is also more confident  ball handler against quick point guards.

Have you really watched Marcus play d,he is a force but at what toll.Can you then expect pinpoint passing and timing.Can you expect the split second acceleration,the quickness and agility to penetrate The dribbling skills and creative ability of a  point guard.I may be prejudiced or plain wrong but Turner can shoot,can create is taller and can when motivated play d.I think turner has the upside.

CB is always such a peach.

Turner at least has the size and length to defend different positions. I think defensive versatility is an accurate statement.
