Why do people want to get better? Is the goal to get some okish players and be the atlanta hawks or is it to win a championship? Lets tank for a couple years, get our Durant, and be back in action in 2017-2018.
Durant hasn't won anything yet. I'd still like to have him however. I doubt theres another Durant in the draft for some time now. And the Celtics have never had luck getting that guy in the draft anyway.
Peace through Tyranny

The next step is to wait. There is zero point in making halfway steps forward now until we have at least one piece we know we can build around.

Only selling, no buying. We'll have almost enough for a max contract next summer assuming the current salary for 2015 stays.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

I'd have to say having KD is better than any Hawks team we've seen lately.

I agree 100% with this.  I don't think that Stephenson is a team building block star, which is what we need before we start filling in the gaps.

Quick Q for all the salary cap gurus out there:
If we end up not resigning Wright, Green decides to opt out (IE not traded for more crap), and we don't take on any more salary what kind of cap space would we have this summer?
