I love these kids. I love Brad Stevens. I think Ainge hit a home run hiring this young guy to run the club for the unforeseeable future.  I think we'll surprise some people this year but be a force within the next 2 seasons. Young and Smart will be huge pieces.  I love Sully but fear he's going to be dealt ala Big Al to bring in someone of superstar level. IF it was up to me, I'd allow him to develop into OUR superstar.  SO glad the season has started!  ;D

Should be a fun few years while we try to figure out an identity and attempt to win some games.  I'm excited to see if any of the young guys have breakthroughs.

Sully , Smart and KO are solid keepers  I think Young may have a solid chance as a future Celtic.

I look for pretty much everybody else to pass though ....as trades to get the two superstars we need to compete for 18.

2017 will be wild .

That is funny. Mostly because those are the guys that will almost certainly get traded for superstars. That is if you think they are good enough as pieces.

And KO and Sully are not that good.

I agree that Sully and KO are not poised as yet to either be future stars or net a star in trade.  Neither is where Big Al was (projection-wise) when he was traded for KG.   With that said,  Ainge' has generally compiled more trade assets than he had in 2007.

This is what makes this season so exciting.  We have KO, JS, AB, ET, MS, TZ and JY all in position to increase their value significantly.   Thornton, Bass, Green, Vitor, Wallace and Rondo may also be able to increase their value.  I can't wait to get to the regular season to watch the players/team progress.

I think that is what makes this season really interesting.  Exciting to find out if any of our young good players can make the leap and if they do does ainge build around them or build a trade around them for an even better player.

I'm excited about Young. I think it might take a little but I think he could be the crunch time scorer we have been searching for.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

I expect us to struggle mightily out of the gate, but aside from hoping for the youth to pan out, I'm looking forward to the style that it appears we're going to play. It looks like aggressive relentless D and chucking a ton of threes, similar to the O'Brien era. Maybe as the talent on roster inevitably changes, the style will follow as such, but as for now I think this is at the very least going to be an entertaining team to watch.
