This guy is a great speaker. Very smart.  His style, what he wants to see out there , especially listening to the last 2 minutes , is that he wants guys to play basketball "on the fly" more than everything being scripted like the way Doc and other old school coaches want things done. He wants fast paced, aggressive basketball not rigid, call after call basketball, the way we have seen Rondo play the last 2 seasons.

Tyler Zeller /KO/Powell etc. are going to run, Rondo, Smart, whoever gets the defensive rebound needs to feed these guys every time they are open up the court.  Make the guys guarding them die from running , then make the other parts of their game suffer.

We don't have many all stars on the team and we need to try to play mistake free ball and using what will work throughout the game until its beat down to the pulp(example feeding Zeller the ball up the court until he faints or someone finally starts guarding him tightly on the run)
