with Lebron relinquishing his hold on the NBA. how soon league-wide do you see other players and teams deciding what they do.

and as for the C's. Love going to Cleveland is a formality now imo. should we stick a clock on Rondo's time here or wait till the deadline?

Where are people getting this idea that Love is automatically going to Cleveland? Have you people seriously never heard of a salary cap? You know Love isn't even a free agent right now, right?

Well it's not automatic, but with Love wanting out to a contending team, and all the players wanting to build 3 headed monsters, and CLE having a guy named Wiggins on the team ....  it's kind of assumed that Love to CLE is a very good possibility.  Cleveland cleared money with the trade to the Celtics, which I'm surprised you didn't know about since it's been covered on here in length.

I do not want to see Love in CLE, but as of right now it becomes the #1 destination because he can play with Lebron & Irving, and CLE has the room and the assets to acquire him.

Cleveland has contracts in hand to make the salaries work, although keeping Anderson Varejao and Tristan Thompson on board will complicate things. Bennett will have to go for sure.

I have no doubt that including Bennett in a trade for Love will not be a roadblock for Cleveland.  considering how bad he was, Minny might require Bennett NOT be included. ;)

Love stays in MIN, we don't have the horses.   Wiggins and LeBron could be a nice combo.  Melo goes to CHI.  Bosh to Houston.

There are a lot of free agent players about to sucked into the vacuum that Lebron left behind. Greg Monroe, Pau Gasol, Eric Bledsoe, Lance Stephenson, Luol Deng... a bunch of these guys are going to be well-paid Heat soon.

They have the salaries to match... Clearly, the possibility of Love going to CLE is pretty high... It doesn't matter if there's a salary cap... LBJ will force the issue.

Love is going to Cleveland, Cavs have no use for Wiggens now and Minnesota will gladly take him in a trade as someone they can sell to the fan base. Love will want to go there now so this is a foregone conclusion. Ainge still has plenty of assets moving forward  it just may take a year or two to make a splash. I still like the course the Celtics are on regardless of not getting Love.
