when these big names start picking teams things will get interesting for the Celtics. They have two valuable assets for teams that need to free up money in the Pierce TPE and Bogans non  non -guaranteed contract. Teams will be calling them if they need cap space and hopefully they get desperate. Salmons partially guaranteed deal got the raptors Lou Williams and the rights to Nogueria.

The second thing to affect the Cs will be the fringe contenders who miss out in FA. These teams will have free money and either have to over spend it on 2nd and 3rd tier FA or look to trade for players. This is where I think Rondo and Green have a chance to be moved. The teams that miss on Hayward, Parson, Deng and Ariza might jump on the chance to fill the SF position with Green. Team like houston and dallas really want to add a star and Rondo could be had but DA will be in a position to ask a steep price. (granted those two teams lack attractive assets).

I'm not buying this at all!!!!

Only a few teams have a legit chance at landing the Queen of Melo and everyone knows that. Logic says Queen stays in Miami, Melo has a better chance of moving on.

All the other teams have moves to make and they are doing so, it's been 3 days!! Things will heat up a little once everyone gives their pitch and the players make a decision.
