Chicago and Indiana.

I would've added Boston to that list if they had made K-Love and Asik trades.

if you look at spurs all players from involving bench are involve in ball movements and they are young
heat starting 5 is great except center spot and bench players are too old and inconsistent
nets starting 5 is good but slow and bench players is kind 50-50

so i think eventhough asik and k-love was here,
rondo SG? SF? love hasik, with our bench player, i don't think that team can win, unless smart turns into a beast mode right away, humphries averages double-double from the bench with sully getting some rebounds, and the problem is developing kelly and faverani with some playing time, with that its either i trade bass anthony, maybe bradley is also gone via trade for love and green to houston maybe for hasik

The bucks get Jabari Parker and you elevate them above the Pacers? [dang].

unless they got a good bench players, sanders middleton illyasova pachulia henson are pretty descent bigs, but SG and PG + bench players? of PG SF SG, they need more to make it to the playoffs

the Bulls, if Rose comes back healthy. Even more so if they land a bigtime free agent this offseason. But even without a new signee, i always felt like the Pacers and Bulls always had the best chances of knocking off the Heat.

not many teams have their rosters set right now.  Miami doesn't have their guys under contract at all, Indy has to figure out the Stephenson deal, The Whiz are a good roster if they bring back Gortat and upgrade their SF.

let's see where everybody lands when the music stops.  Everyone is 0-0 right now.

Its the ECF we are talking about, the Spurs lineup is irrelevant.

Chicago and Indiana.

I would've added Boston to that list if they had made K-Love and Asik trades.

Asik is already traded to the Pelicans, and I doubt we can grab him at this point nor do I want to. If we can grab Love without giving up Rondo/Smart or Green, then we still legit need a center aside from Love to rebound and be a rim protector. I would use the TPE on Gortat

I prefer Gortat over Asik...actually I'll even attempt to trade with the Clips for Jordan if they want to make a run at Lebron.

Heck, if it's a mid-season thing, I'll even see Fav and Rondo pairing. I am just not entirely sold on Asik

Now back to Chicago, their playofff run depends ENTIRELY on Rose's health. I'm sorry but with his ACL torn and his back to back - out of the season injury, I doubt he is the same MVP Rose on the court. Even if they grab Melo

A crippled Rose, Melo and Noah MIGHT make it to the conference finals, but will get swept if not get beat in 5 games by last year's Heat (if they bring everyone back + pieces)

I see Indiana as legit ECF contenders with the Heat given what a JOKE of a conference we were last season

Yeah, the HEAT could colllapse like a deck of cards.
