July 10-12 dates to watch

If I read this right, we really can't affectively use our $10million trade exception until July 10 & must use it by July 12. These would be the most probable dates for deal to happen.

I'm not excited about the team yet, but am willing to see if Danny uses or wastes this valuable chip.
