who cares if the pieces dont fit? what if rondo leaves then this argument is null. we're not even close to being contenders anyways, we're in asset collection and player development stage.

if we did what we did last year (probably will get a better record but still bad enough for a good pick) we can still trade for players to play with rondo. Or sign them. and if smart and young pans out, thats cheap good players around rondo, 1 less piece of the puzzle to fill in.
