If Smart gets enough playing time, starts and everything, I could see him being in contention. There are a lot of guys with a lot of upside in the draft that might be better, but a few years down the road.
I think Parker will win unless the team is so bad other teams can just focus on him and shut him down. Thats were Smart will be luck having better players around him keeping teams more honest.
Wiggins will be in Irvings shadow, and doesn't seem to be the spotlight night in and night out guy.
Randle is playing with Kobe, so that could go either way.
Exum is a dark horse since know one has really seen him play.
McBuckets I don't think will win, but I bet people will be talking about him, good or bad.
But playing on the Bulls and if he gets the starting SF spot and Rose is good to go, he'll look really good.
I think it will be Parker, with Smart right behind him. I wouldn't be surprised by the second half of the season Smart will want to guard Parker, Wiggins, Exum,McBuckets, Gordon every chance he gets to prove himself.
