Why do people keep calling Smart 6'4?

He has been measured.  6'2 without shoes.  6'3.25 with shoes.  In no way does that round up to 6'4.  He is 6'3, and is in no way ready to be a starting SG in the NBA.
for what it is worth, USA basketball combine had smart at 6'4" with shoes. NBA combine had him at 6'3.25" as you note.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Iverson as a starter is pretty funny. Smart at "shooting" guard is also funny. That team wins you 24-28 games.
