he's the 2nd coming of paul pierce down to the shooting form.

Is he?  I never saw Paul play in college, so I don't know if he always had the best footwork in the league, or did he develop it over time?  Parker looks like more of a post player, which I like, but with less one on one moves (right now, anyway).  Would that be a fair assessment?

He never said that he wanted to play for Boston, specifically, though.  He just mentioned that it would be a dream to play for a big time program, but it ultimately doesn't matter where he goes.  The ending was funny.  Cleveland gets the first pick and he sighs like, "I need a drink,"  ;D  He seems like a great kid.  Too bad that he won't be there at 6  :(

He said he wants to be the number 1 pick, then he also says he wants Boston to win the Lottery, and then he says he wants to play for a big time organization. Put two and two together. He wants to be a Celtic.
Comments came well before the lotto.  Much adoo about nothin.  At the time, Boston looked like it might get a Top 3 pick.  That didn't happen.  Jabari will gladly go to whatever team picks him in the Top 3.

The comments came out on lotto night. Which every had a feeling it wouldn't be int he top 3. He didn't look to happy from the cut away, and walked out. Of course he wouldn't show his real emotion. But maybe should have. I mean who really wants to be in Cleveland or Milwaukee? While I don't see him demanding a trade, I think he's not to supper happy were he's going to end up. But he' seems like a class act and will put a smile on his face, and shake hands and hope for the best in the next few years.

If Love or Melo aren't in the works, DA should fight hard to grab this kid.

He said that he thought that Boston would win the lottery - they didn't ask him who he wanted to win it.  Ultimately, though, it's a moot point because none of that happened :(  I wouldn't read too much into it, if I were you.  Guys say stuff like that all the time.

He tried.  Haha we traded away 2 future hall of famers with that lemon called jason terry and let our coach walk.  Plus, Rondo was out for half the season.  What else could he have reasonably done?

I didn't say he's gonna be a Celtic, I just said he wants to be a Celtic based on his comments.

The fights not over until draft night. Cleveland has been rumored in shopping the #1. They may want to make space for Lebron. Boston could help with that. Other teams probably could to, but I'm hoping they wont try. :P Heck they even talked about not giving Irving the Max, Irving has talked about leaving.

We send Rondo to Cleveland, Cleveland sends Irving to Minni(wont sign there either, but thats their problem), Mini sends Love to Cleveland, we get picks, maybe Rubio so we have a PG. Toss in other players to make it work, every one wins.

Wont happen in a cold day in...Miami, but what else is there to do for the next six days but to day dream of Fireworks! 8)

He wants to be a Celtic, that's good...I hope he remembers that when he finishes his rookie deal and cuts us a discount to wear the green.

Doesn't matter if Parker isn't there at six, if Danny wants him he will find a way to get him!!!

This is the only guy I would want Boston to move up in the draft for.

Makes me sad knowing we can't get him. Can he demand a trade or something? Lol

He could say he wont sign with Cleveland. Force a trade to Boston. I think thats what Kobe did when drafted by Charlotte. Some one else did it as well, can't remember who though.

If Cleveland wants to go for Lebron, maybe we can help them out clear some extra cap space for the #1. :P

Sullinger, #6, Green for #1
Yah... Cavs aint givin up the #1 pick for #6 and filler.

Filler is a little harsh, but I agree that probably doesn't get it done. The Cavs probably would be okay with taking on Sullinger, but would certainly rather have a future #1 over Green - which I am fine with. I like Green.

Filler seemed like a little much to me also. Green and Sullinger are upgrades to Alonzo Gee and Tristan Thompson who I believe are their SF and PF. You telling me that turning the #1 into Green, Sullinger, cap relief via Bogans, and the #6 pick wouldn't be a good bet? C'mon. For all we know whoever is picked #6 will have a greater career/impact than #1. Only time will tell.
Long-form is far from dead, but please refrain from paragraph-laden posts! Who wants to read that?!
