Acquiring another draft pick

The Bobcats and Kings have to be thinking of trading their picks. This may be crazy but would the Bobcats trade the 9th pick for Green/76ers pick next year? Bobcats need a SF who can put up points, plus I feel Green would benefit from a smaller market. This draft is so deep and  adding three players from it has to be looked as a positive.
