This is a waste of a topic thread but I wasn't sure where else to put this. Not sure why everyone is making a big deal about AB.  He plays good D, that's about it.  Stop saying his scoring has increased. No kidding it increased, someone has to shoot on this team, lol.  He's an undersized ,injury prone, terrible ball handling shooting guard.  He isn't worth over 3 million dollars a year.

As for Melo, please with him and the money.  Why on earth would we give him a max contract.  A real superstar who wants to win would sacrifice money for winning.  It hurts to say this but LeBron did it and look at him now.  I will not understand why anyone deserves 20+ million a year. Melo is a selfish, self centered, ball hog who will never win a title unless he takes a lot less money than he deserves.

Let's hope for a top 3 lottery pick next week.   ;D

I will disagree with Bradley not being a great shooter. Hes nothing special, but towards the end he was hitting 40.1% of his 3's, and around the 46-47% mark in mid range. His shooting form actually looks really good, so if there is any possibility of improvement, I can certainly see it.

The only problem with Bradley is that he can't create for others, isn't a good finisher, and as you stated; he is slightly undersized. Overall, Bradley can improve his shooting. The reason why the duo Bradley/Rondo works so well is that Bradley doesn't need to focus on handling the ball, which helps Rondo, because his ability to facilitate and get Bradley the nice open shots is his number one priority. Another issue is Bradley's consistency and remaining healthy which are the two biggest question marks.

I once made a thread saying that we should give Bradley, a 4/16.5 type of contract, that I think majority of CBlog were okay with.

As for Melo, I do agree. I don't think hes going to request a max contract though. Melo is at the cusp of trying to potentially win, so if Chicago is his best bet, but doesn't have 3-4 extra million dollars, I seriously don't think Melo would throw a fit about it.

Melo is probably the best offensive scorer in the game imo. Durant is a better shooter, but as you can see, Melo clearly has the better post game.

It's based on your perspective, quite simply
We're the same and we're not; know what I'm saying? Listen
Son, I ain't better than you, I just think different

I think that's why trading AB to the Knicks makes the most sense, at least if they do land Kerr -- he'd be a great point guard for the Triangle, but he's too small to be a really effective shooting guard and his pick and roll play is, uh, not good.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.
